Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the website of Jean-Fred Noël (the “Provider”). Deviating terms of the buyer do not apply unless the Provider explicitly agrees in writing.

2. Contracting party and conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded between the buyer and Jean-Fred Noël, [address]. By submitting the order form, the buyer makes a binding offer to purchase. The Provider confirms receipt of the order by email. The contract is deemed concluded once the Provider explicitly confirms the order.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT and shipping costs.

Payment options and details are communicated after the order is received.

4. Delivery

Delivery is expected from September 2026. This is a limited first edition of 2,000 copies. Delivery is subject to availability. If the edition is sold out, the buyer will be informed and payments already made will be refunded.

Shipping costs are shown separately and borne by the buyer.

5. Retention of title

The goods remain the Provider’s property until full payment is received.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are provided separately.

7. Liability for defects

Statutory warranty rights apply.

8. Limitation of liability

The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.

9. Dispute resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The Provider is not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

11. Severability

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
